My Grandma Brown

This is my Grandmother, Anna Knapp Brown in 1903. This is her confirmation photograph, I love it. My Grandmother is part of the inspriation for this book. She did it all, raised seven children, canned foods from her fruit trees and garden, raised chickens in her yeard, had a vegetable garden, cooked everything for scratch,. of course and never used a plastic bag. She will be one of my relatives I include a story about in "Remembering Our Roots".
